LPM installs new LED lighting

LPM has just installed new LED lights on four floors at Capital Square in Chelmsford which will significantly reduce the cost of electricity for residents. The lights are also expected to have a much longer life span to reduce maintenance costs.

The lights operate via a microwave sensor which causes them to switch on when they detect presence and they will remain illuminated for about a minute after someone has left the area.
